About these terms

These terms describe use of the PurpleAI Delta-Lite staging service provided by Purple AI Labs Ltd. Staging is an evaluation environment for testing and feedback. It is not the production service.

Your account and authority

Provide accurate registration information and use an email address you control. If you register for an organisation or partner business, you must be authorised to act for that business. Keep your password private and tell the platform administrator if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share one individual account between multiple people.

Organisation, partner and administrator access

An organisation or partner registration creates a separate workspace. A company name, email domain or partner account does not give access to another organisation. Platform administration is available only through an authorised invitation. Use only the access granted to your account.

Evaluation use

Use staging to evaluate the features currently available. Features may change, be interrupted or be removed while testing. Keep your own copies of information you need and do not depend on staging for production operations. Registration does not purchase a paid subscription or promise access to features that have not been released.

Information you provide

Only submit information you are authorised to use. Prefer synthetic or non-confidential evaluation data. Do not upload confidential customer records, special-category personal data, passwords, payment details or other sensitive information as test content. You retain your rights in information you provide. You permit Purple AI Labs Ltd and its service providers to process it as needed to operate, secure and support the staging service.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another tenant, misuse administrator privileges, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, or use the service unlawfully. Security testing beyond your own permitted workflow requires prior written permission. Report suspected security issues to the platform administrator.

Outputs and feedback

Review any outputs before relying on them. Staging results and demonstrations are not professional advice or certified business outcomes. You remain responsible for decisions made using them. Feedback may be used to improve the service; do not include information you are not authorised to share.

Access changes and ending use

You may stop using staging at any time. Contact the platform administrator for account or data requests. Purple AI Labs Ltd may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, or operate the evaluation programme. Where appropriate and practicable, the administrator will explain the reason and how to raise a concern.

Changes to these terms

The version shown when you register is recorded with your acceptance. Published versions remain available for reference. A later publication does not rewrite the acceptance you already gave. Any requirement for existing users to accept a later version will be communicated separately.

Your rights and questions

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. For questions about staging or these terms, contact the PurpleAI platform administrator. These terms do not replace the privacy information that applies to personal data processing.
