Three ways to begin. Each serves a different decision.
Explore an example for free, pay to assess one process of your own, or scope enterprise transformation with PurpleAI. No route is a required step towards another.

02 · Delta-Lite · paid
Start with one process. Scale with evidence.
Delta-Lite is a paid, standalone workbench. Your team declares how one process runs and what it costs; its owner reviews the case before it is published. It needs no other PurpleAI product.

The same assessment in every option. Each produces the same self-led, owner-reviewed decision package for one named process. Packs add capacity and limited guided activation, not extra product features.
Assisted Success Sessions help you activate the workbench, choose and prioritise processes and work through the model. They do not carry out your assessment, verify your data or include implementation. Session format, booking and service terms are confirmed separately; a staging test purchase does not book a session.
03 · Enterprise · scoped
An enterprise engagement is scoped around the decision you need to make.
PurpleAI scopes the deliverables and commercials with you, around the decision. Not every engagement uses every product.
What shapes an enterprise scope · five inputs
- OutcomeThe decision to support, and what would make you stop
- Evidence neededWhat must be established, from which sources
- Product rolesEach included only where the decision needs it

Each product's own job: the Product System.
04 · How terms are agreed

05 · Before you choose
Five questions buyers ask first.
- What is free, and what is paid?
- The simulator and its governed examples are free, with no account and no usage meter. You can replace the synthetic figures with your own illustrative inputs; nothing is saved, and it is not an assessment of your process. Delta-Lite is paid; see available customer prices above.
- What does one Delta-Lite assessment cover?
- One named process, from declared reality to an owner-reviewed decision package. The published options give the same assessment for each process. Packs add capacity and a limited number of Assisted Success Sessions for activation and modelling guidance; see the available offers above.
- What does owner validation prove?
- That the owner approved the declared case. It is not system-observed verification, an audit, a certification or an investment approval.
- Why does enterprise scope vary?
- It follows the decision, the evidence you already have and who builds and releases any change.
- Can I buy an assessment today?
- New checkout is currently unavailable. Sign in to resume your existing assessments. Review the exact purchased allowances and validity before checkout. Assisted Success Sessions are not automatically booked; delivery terms are agreed separately. Policy status.
